At Genesis Church, Connect Groups are where the large church gets small and we connect to form friendships and grow in faith. The Men’s Connect Group is for men of all ages and backgrounds. We want to meet you right where you are. Our men gather together for 10-11 weeks in the Spring and Fall at the Warehouse Building on the Genesis Campus. It’s a place to connect with like-minded men, learn to deal with life’s struggles, and grow to be the man God has called you to be. The Men’s Connect Group hosts several yearly events, including Survivor (an overnight camping retreat) and Warrior Weekend (a life-changing weekend conference with powerful worship, devotions, activities, and food!).

The Sisterhood welcomes women of every background and stage of life with open arms. The Sisterhood gathers together for 10-11 weeks in the Spring and Fall in the main auditorium at Genesis Church. The Sisterhood aims to provide a space where you can experience friendship, encouragement, support, and prayer while growing in faith with like-minded women. This Sisterhood hosts other yearly events, including the Made for More women’s conference, which includes powerful worship, prayer, and inspiring speakers.

At Genesis we have something for everyone, including your children! GanKids serves children from birth to 6th grade. Each Sunday, we engage kids in age appropriate lessons to explore God’s word and learn how to apply it to their lives in creative and inspiring ways. Ages birth - 4th grade meet each service in our incredible GenKids space at the main building, while grades 5 &6 meet at “The Warehouse” during each service.

GenNext meets each Wednesday at 6pm. each week students will enjoy a meal followed by fun activities and a time of worship led by both volunteers and other students. They will be challenged by a message that will encourage them in their faith followed by gender and age specific small groups that discuss how they can apply Godly principles and values from the message into their everyday lives. Parents can expect to pick up around 8pm.

At Genesis Church, Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) are where we learn to live our lives rooted deeply in God’s Word. D-Groups are gender-specific groups of 3-5 believers who meet weekly for a season of accelerated spiritual growth and transformation. D-Groups focus on weekly disciplines that include bible engagement, scripture memorization, accountability, and prayer. D-Groups are led by a trained D-Group Leader whose goal is to help you develop spiritual disciplines for life-long growth as a follower of Jesus. D- Groups exist to make disciples who will then go on to make other disciples by sharing what they have learned. D-Groups form through pre-existing meaningful relationships formed with other believers in environments like Connect Groups or Volunteer Teams. Because of this, D-Groups are not simply joined, but started organically.

Marriage is also beautiful and worth celebrating. The Married Couples Connect Group welcomes married couples to help them learn to overcome the difficulties, celebrate the beauty, and lovingly pursue their spouses. Our Married Couples gather together for 10-11 weeks in the Spring and Fall in the main auditorium at Genesis Church. Together, we learn the depth of God’s love for us as a model for how we are called to love our spouses. Through shared experiences and laughter, our Married Couples support each other through prayer and encouragement as we navigate our marriages through the difficult times and celebrations—together.

Our Young Adult Connect Group welcomes young men and women between the ages of 18 and 30. Navigating early adulthood, college, new careers, new marriages, and kids can be exciting, overwhelming, and a little scary at times. It can feel difficult to remain rooted in your identity as a Christian with so many of the changes and pressures faced by our young adults. But, they have each other, the support of their church family, and their shared faith. The Young Adult Connect Group gathers together for 10-11 weeks in the Spring and Fall in the main auditorium at Genesis Church. Together, they form friendships, study scripture, grow in faith, and remember who they are and who they are called to be.
